DISCRETION AND ANONIMITY
GenMed Laboratory introduced procedures that guarantee our clients complete discretion and anonymity. It prevents any unauthorised people from gaining information about the outcome of the analysis and using our service.
- All parcels are addressed manually without presenting data about the company.
- We also offer poste restante way of correspondence. Currently our clients are able to receive parcel in chosen post office by giving only name and surname.
- Simple procedure allows to resolve paternity concerns in the privacy of home.
- After arrival to the laboratory, samples are encoded and analysed twice by two teams of experts. During the analysis the identity of clients remains concealed.
- Data concerning the analysis are stored on server and secured by password in order to exclude the access for unauthorised people.
