DNA PATERNITY TEST – Ordering and sample collection.

The procedure of the analysis includes three stages:

1.Ordering paternity DNA test.
2. Biological sample collection for the analysis.
3. Receiving the outcome of analysis.

When performing DNA test in GenMed Laboratory You may account for help of our consultants on each step of the analysis. Our consultant will answer any question and provide You with all additional information.

1. Ordering DNA paternity test.

In order to adjust to your individual needs, we offer different ways of ordering DNA test. Please choose the most convenient one:

Within 24 h from receiving your order for DNA analysis, we will send You a set for biological sample collection for the analysis. The set is sent to the address indicated in application form by charge of 49 zł. This amount is automatically counted out of price of the chosen test. In order to ensure absolute discretion we do not print information about GenMed Laboratory on the parcel.

2. Biological sample collection for the analysis.

Each client of GenMed Laboratory receives a set for the collection of genetic material. The collection is fully painless and stress-free method that requires ruffling the inner side of cheek with a swab (resembling hygienic stick) and sending the set back to the laboratory.

The set for material collection contains:

1. Instruction of material collection for the analysis
2. Swab sticks – 8 pieces (two swab sticks for: putative father, mother, child and two additional)
3. Disposable gloves
4. Ordering form
5. Filled-in bank transfer form
6. Addressed returnable envelope

Biological sample collection from each person takes about 30 seconds.

DNA analysis shall be performed within expected period depending on the kind of chosen test. Collected material can be sent back to the laboratory in unlimited period of time from the date of receiving test set for the collection of biological material.

3. Receiving the outcome.

Within 7-10 working days you shall receive the outcome of DNA paternity test by mail. In spite of this, we may also provide You with the outcome immediately by: short message, e-mail, fax, phone. This service is free.

You may decide to choose each of offered ways to obtain the outcome of the analysis in time limit depending on type of chosen DNA test.

You decide by yourself about the way of obtaining the outcome of the analysis by marking inappropriate field on ordering form.
