Collection of biological material from analysed individuals is ALWAYS carried out with the use of two swab sticks. After receiving parcel with Your samples, they are immediately encoded and handed over to two independent teams of geneticists. After receiving the samples, our experts isolate DNA from delivered swabs, determine the amount of isolated DNA using fluorometer, perform PCR reaction and finally separate DNA with capilary electrophoresis.
Received outcomes of genotyping are later compared and in case of complete accordance the probability of affiliation is estimated. If compared outcomes are not harmonious, paternity is excluded. After performing the analysis, the samples are decoded are complete expertise is prepared including explaination of the outcome.
