TEST SET

Test set for the collection of biological material for the analysis contains all elements necessary to perform collection by oneself and sending them back to our laboratory. Moreover, the se includes documents enebling to order chosen test. Test set is sent within 24 hours from receiving the order.

Test set contains:

1. Ordering form (for clients, who did not fill in thecform on-line).
2. Collection form..
3. Instruction of sample collection, which helps to perform the collection procedure step by step.
4. Filled in transfer form (for clients, who chose this way of payment for the analysis).
5. Disposable gloves.
6. Four sets of sterile swab sticks (plastic stick with cotton applicator for swab collection) with corresponding labelled envelopes.
